你確定用的牙膏安全嗎？簡單四步驟牙膏DIY！

    牙膏是我們天天都要接觸的消耗品，英國人平均一生會刷牙超過40,000次！差不多是80公升左右的牙膏呢！其實人類刷牙的歷史已經好幾千年，最古老的牙膏配方來自埃及緣起於西元五世紀，是用薄荷、花、鹽巴、胡椒調製而成的。而後全世界各地都發展出各樣配方的牙膏，但都不盡完好，有些會讓牙齦出血，有的含有放射性物質！你知道嗎？利用家裡簡單的材料(household ingredients)就可以做出手工自製牙膏(homemade toothepaste)！ 只要跟著以下簡單的幾步驟：

步驟一：混合3大匙的小蘇打粉+1大匙的鹽巴

步驟二：再加3茶匙的甘油(glycerin)

步驟三：加進少許的水然後混合攪拌

步驟四：最後加進1茶匙的薄荷油
